How we protect your data
The controls in the product itself, not just on paper.
Encrypted in transit
TLS 1.2 or 1.3 only, with HSTS. Older protocols are refused.
Encrypted at rest
AES-256 on Microsoft Azure. Connections to Clio, Zoom and others are encrypted again with AES-256-GCM.
Sign-in protection
Firms can require an authenticator code for every user. Microsoft and Google sign-in supported. Repeated wrong codes lock the account.
People choose what is captured
Each person sees and controls what TIMENTRY records. Nothing reaches a bill until it is approved.
Your AI, your region
A firm can run TIMENTRY’s AI on its own provider account and region, instead of ours.

Microsoft Azure, behind Cloudflare.
Documents
Some are public. The rest go to a verified contact at your firm, and the more sensitive ones under NDA.
