Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: April 2026

Conformance Status

TIMENTRY aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We continuously monitor and improve the accessibility of our platform to ensure all users can effectively track time, manage matters, and complete billing workflows.

Technologies Relied Upon

  • HTML5
  • CSS3 / SCSS
  • JavaScript (TypeScript)
  • WAI-ARIA 1.2
  • Angular 18 with Angular Material

Testing Approach

Automated Testing

Every code change is scanned with axe-core in our CI/CD pipeline. Builds that produce any WCAG 2.1 AA violation are automatically blocked from merging. This ensures zero known automated accessibility violations at every release.

Manual Screen Reader Testing

We conduct quarterly manual testing of 10 core user journeys using three screen reader and browser combinations:

  • NVDA + Google Chrome (Windows)
  • JAWS + Google Chrome (Windows)
  • VoiceOver + Safari (macOS)

Critical user journeys tested include: time entry creation, timer start/stop, approval workflow, weekly timesheet navigation, compliance handling, report export, dashboard navigation, settings management, and error handling.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full conformance, the following areas may have limitations:

  • Third-party chart components — Chart.js visualisations on the dashboard and reports pages include text alternatives and data tables, but complex interactions within charts may have limited screen reader support. We provide equivalent tabular data alongside all charts.
  • PDF report exports — Exported PDF reports are generated with basic accessibility tagging. We are working to improve PDF/UA conformance.
