Every firm we spoke to at ILTACON this year eventually told us a version of the same story. It was never really about software. It was about Friday evening, a half-finished timesheet, and someone trying to remember what they actually did on Tuesday.
That is where the hours go. Not the work, the remembering of it. People are honest and careful and they still under-bill, because memory was never a billing system. You cannot write down what you have already forgotten.
So we built TIMENTRY to make the day record itself. It watches the work you were doing anyway, the emails, the calls, the documents, and drafts the entries for you to check. You review instead of reconstruct. That is the whole idea.
We had a stand at ILTACON 2026, and the most useful thing about the week was how little of it we spent talking. People came over and told us what their week actually looks like, including the parts that do not make it into a case study. Several of those conversations changed what we are building. If you stopped by: thank you, genuinely.
If you are weighing this up, talk to us rather than to a form. We would rather hear the unflattering version of your billing process than pitch at you.
